Your email address is used for one thing: sending updates when the proposed Section 45BB credit changes materially. We do not send a newsletter, we do not sell your email, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Aggregate analytics are used only to understand which pages are useful to readers.

We keep your email address while you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your record is marked unsubscribed and deleted shortly after.

Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your email record at any time by writing to contact@federalfilmincentive.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or regional privacy law.
